(i) More than 2 days before the scheduled date of the walk - 5% amount will be deducted.

(ii) More than one day but less than 2days before the sheduled date of the walk - 25% amount will be deducted.

(iii) One day before the sheduled date of the walk - 50% amount will be deducted.

(iv) On the day of the walk but before the scheduled time of the walk - 75% amount will be deducted.
