Heritage Walk in Tamil Town

The Heritage walk takes approximately one and a half hours. The goal of the tour is to delve into Pondicherry's Old Tamil neighborhood and its colonial past. We will stroll through some of the streets in the Tamil neighborhood while learning interesting details about Franco-Tamil culture and architecture. Visitors will also see the interiors of a few heritage buildings and the vibrant Grand Bazaar and its surroundings, which serves as the neighborhood market.

Note : If students group asking for walk at the concession rate they have to produce the approval letter from their institution before making the online payment.

Note 2 : Heritage walk payment for (Family Group )Children: 7-12 years - half payment, above 12 years - full payment.

Heritage Walk Cancellation Charges

(i) More than 2 days before the scheduled date of the walk - 5% amount will be deducted.

(ii) More than one day but less than 2days before the sheduled date of the walk - 25% amount will be deducted.

(iii) One day before the sheduled date of the walk - 50% amount will be deducted.

(iv) On the day of the walk but before the scheduled time of the walk - 75% amount will be deducted.
