Heritage Walk in French Town

The Heritage walk takes approximately 1h30m. The purpose of the heritage walk is to showcase Pondicherry's rich architectural heritage. The French Quarters can still be explored by visitors and locals today. The tour will showcase Pondicherry's history, the French connection and the distinctive streetscapes in the French quarters. During the walk visitors will be able to see the interiors of some heritage buildings and the Beach Promenade which is exclusive for pedestrians..

Starting Point:

Palais de Mahe Hotel at No.4, Bussy St and ends at Bharathi park at beach road.

Note 1 : If students group asking for walk at the concession rate they have to produce the approval letter from their institution before making the online payment.

Note 2 : Heritage walk payment for (Family Group )Children: 7-12 years - half payment, above 12 years - full payment.

Heritage Walk Cancellation Charges

(i) More than 2 days before the scheduled date of the walk - 5% amount will be deducted.

(ii) More than one day but less than 2days before the sheduled date of the walk - 25% amount will be deducted.

(iii) One day before the sheduled date of the walk - 50% amount will be deducted.

(iv) On the day of the walk but before the scheduled time of the walk - 75% amount will be deducted.
